AI processing in Talk2Doc: none.
5. International transfers
Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area (EEA), transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, or under an Adequacy Decision.
6. Retention period
- Active subscription account: indefinite_during_subscription
- Account after trial without upgrade: 30 days read-only, then permanently deleted
- Billing data: 6 years (legal commercial and tax obligation)
- Security logs: 12 months
7. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access: confirm what data we process and obtain a copy
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of your data
- Object: oppose processing based on legitimate interest
- Restriction: request temporary processing restriction
- Portability: receive your data in structured, exportable format
- Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing
To exercise any of these rights, write to soporte@pibico.es indicating the affected app and providing identification. We respond within one month maximum.
8. Complaint to AEPD
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
9. Cookies
Cookie usage is governed by the Cookies Policy.
10. Minors
Talk2Doc is not directed to minors under 14 years. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you detect a minor has provided data without authorization, contact soporte@pibico.es for immediate removal.
11. Changes to this policy
Material changes (data collected, purposes, third parties, retention) will require new explicit consent. Minor changes (corrections, formatting) will be published with new version and effective date, without affecting prior consents.
