Terms and Conditions
1. Provider identification
pibiCo Compañía de Inteligencia de Negocio y Control SL (hereinafter "pibiCo"),
VAT ES B52567831, registered address at Avenida de La Costa, 35-6T,
33201 Gijón, Asturias, Spain, provides the Talk2Doc service
(hereinafter "the Service") accessible at api_talk2doc.

2. Acceptance
Using the Service implies express acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any clause, you must refrain from using the Service.
3. Service description
Talk2Doc is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) operated by pibiCo. Functional description, features, and limitations are published on the Service website and may be updated.
4. User account
The user must provide truthful information at registration. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of credentials (passkey, OTP codes, backup codes) and for all activities performed from the account. pibiCo is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
5. Trial period
New accounts get a free limited 14-day trial with restricted credits and features. Upon trial end without upgrade, the account enters read-only mode for 30 days before permanent deletion.
6. Pricing and billing
Service prices are published on the website. All prices include VAT where applicable. Billing is performed in monthly or annual prepaid periods according to plan, via:
- Stripe (card, SEPA, Bizum)
Invoices are issued in Verifactu format via certified provider and sent to the designated billing email.
7. Renewals, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions auto-renew at end of each period. Cancellation can be requested at any time from the customer portal; access remains active until the paid period ends. Refunds follow EU consumer regulations where applicable.
8. Intellectual property
pibiCo software, brands, logos and designs are property of pibiCo Compañía de Inteligencia de Negocio y Control SL. The user obtains a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
User data (created, uploaded, generated content) belongs to the user. pibiCo receives only the minimum license necessary to provide the Service (store, process, display to the user and parties the user authorizes).
9. Acceptable use
The user undertakes not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities or violating third-party rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
- Deliberately overload infrastructure
- Impersonate or falsify communications
- Transmit malware, pornographic, offensive, racist, or illegal content
10. Service availability
pibiCo aims to maintain reasonable Service availability. No specific SLA is guaranteed unless under premium support contract. Maintenance interruptions are notified in advance when possible.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pibiCo's total liability for any claim arising from Service use is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pibiCo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by user or third-party breaches.
12. Personal data
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
13. Modifications
pibiCo may modify these Terms. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance. If the user does not accept new terms, they may cancel the subscription without penalty.
14. Dispute resolution and applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy the parties submit to the Courts of Gijón, Asturias, unless applicable law imposes a different jurisdiction.
